Yesterday I couldn’t download it. Looks there was a problem, but today I downloaded it and is up and running.

Here is the link for both 32 and 64 bits. “Remember you need to login with your Windows Live ID”, this is a hotmail account or any of other that belongs to the family of Windows Live.
