I bought an AVA media server from them last summer and I am appaled at their poor service. I would not purchase from them again because of this. If you are thinking of buying their product spend some time reviewing their support by asking a few questions before you commit and see what sort of response you get. It tends to take about 3 or 4 weeks to get an initial answer from them followed by email ping pong that drags on interminably without seeming to get near a resolution. And on their 'live' chat you can wait for over an hour to get a response. Try before you buy. I have to comment on the support from Tranquil.
