I am also wondering about an app that will let me stream my music and video content from my CUSTOM built WHS to my iPhone. Sounds like HP has software for this but what about the others? WeGuide plugin is cool for MS based clients but I have an iPhone. Any sugestions?

How do I get this to work on a generic Windows HOme Server? I mean I have HP Pavillion M270N to which I purchased and installed Windows HOme Server with Powerpack 3. But for the life of me, I can’t seem to be able to make the HP Iphone app work.

Anyone know why this doesn’t support the 1st Gen iPod touch? Seems like no good reason for that, and I don’t like being left out in the cold – since I have one, and an EX485 on the way. Very disappointed in HP, and anyone else with a 1st Gen iPod Touch must be too. Not happy with HP over this.

@Eddie2009 – maybe I read their site wrong but it appears that Simplify Media does share over the net. I have no idea how it interacts with WHS though.

Yeah thanks ive played around with that one but i think i was sharing out a client/desktop pc’s itunes library great for when your away from home and cant update you itunes library you can access the full audio library pod casts and all. Was hoping for a picture and video streaming that would be great for whs and iphone. thanks for the response tho a great app.

Sounds like such a great utility, I know this may be a silly question but has any one heard of this product or similar for the non HP WHS OS or custom self build, any links or names for google if any are around would be mych appreciated. Great Site here love the info!
well done Hp for another killer app on a breathtaking machine.

My specs or my WHS not me personally: CPU: Quad Core Due @ 2.40Ghz, RAM: 4Gb, HDD so far 3TB, Full time clients = 3, Part time clients= 2 ie backups, php5, mysql, Xbox 360 Media Extender, And user in awe and love of his WHS. geeky hey.
