		<description><![CDATA[I have a Vista laptop and a HP EX495.  Everytime i try to load the software installation disk i receive an &quot;Error 2738&quot; message.  The firewall is disabled.  The server is connected to a router and the laptop is wirelessly connected to the router.  i have numerous attempts at performing the advise of CMD prompt as the administator and typing in regsvr32 vbscript.dll.  This does not fix the problem.

Can you please help
