KeepVault is certainly easy and 'hassle-free', as they claim, but has very few options. I installed it, let it start backing things up for about half an hour, and pretty much lost all my bandwidth. It really needs some bandwidth limiter, not to mention a scheduler, so it knows what times are appropriate to hog all your upload speed. I see that Jungle Disk has these options and I'm looking forward to checking them out as well.
I'm running a DSL connection that frequently clocks at 650-750 kbs upload speed.
Hope that helps!

Just a word of wisdom (hopefully) out there to all who are looking for an online backup.
