I’m a little confused about how this works. Is it the following?

    1. Install tuner card in the WHS and attach you cable/antenna to the card.
    2. Install the add-in on the WHS.
    3. Install an unnamed client on another PC hooked up to your TV so that you can control SageTV and watch recorded content?

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to figure out how this works from their website. It sure would be nice if they provided some screen shots. I’ve been buying parts to build a MythTV box, but if I could use my WHS for that feature, it would save power.

  2. Hi gadgetaddict,
I had to ask these questions on your behalf over on the SageTV forums as I was unsure of the answer myself and basically your 3 steps above are exactly correct.
